cos she, like you, couldn't handle a 'distance'.
our friendship was put 'on hold' without my knowledge.
what.the.fuck.
if our friendship meant anything, she would've made the effort.
the strange thing about all this, is that the both of you are acting so scarily similar.
if something is important enough, distance is not a barrier.
it's the lousiest shit excuse a person can give.
however, not 1, but 2 people have dealt me with this same rubbish excuse.
dejavu.
in these 2-3 weeks, i've lost not only a girlfriend, but (someone who i thought was) a good friend as well.
regardless of extent of intimacy, i've basically lost 2 people who meant the world to me.
i feel like she's stolen you away from me.
i hate that i feel this way, but that is how it is.
it's as if she's seeped into your life, impacted you in whatever way, and at the same time encouraged(ing) you to completely ignore me.
you've picked everything new and completely forgotten the old.
you say you're open to polyamory.
and that's fine. it's not something i can change.
but isnt polyamory about free love and mulitple loves?
im not sure polyamory means you can ditch an ex without a care in the world.
that's just being plain mean and selfish.
it's been a week since i cried.
i thought i've stopped crying over you, but something today hit a spot.
you'd think i'd learn, and stop hoping.
but i guess the hopeful, romantic side of me keeps hanging on to the thought that maybe, just maybe, i actually stand for something in your life.
except, i dont.
im really, really gone.
and that's the thing that hurts the most..
to learn and realise that im nothing.
that you possibly dont even see me as a friend at all now.
