can someone explain to me, why is it, that even though it's almost mid spring, it's still as cold as winter was?!?

im back to wearing 3 layers again.
man. i was actually ironed all my 'winter' clothes and kept it at the back of the cupboard thinking i didn't need them anymore. stupid. waste my effort.
