i went out this morning to buy myself a music stand. $35. that's what i made on my 1st day at work. how shit is that.
oh well.. tim says $35 is cheap for a music stand. hee. =)
theeeeen, afterwork, i went to dandenong to meet tim to pick up my horn.
hyuk.
i'm SUPER set for rehersal tomorrow AND msw band practice.
CAN'T WAIT!!!
on the downside, the horn's not that great.. the slides can't bloody come out cos they're grease-less, which means i can't tune. the horn very very very sharp. (bleah. my ears.. pain..)
gotta get someone to help me tomorrow, or i'll be the death of the orchestra with my very very very out of tune rented french horn.
for the next band season, not only do i have a horn, i have my OWN music stand.
i'm super pumped for tomorrow. it better be good. no no. i know it'll be good! =)
