im just here to brag, that i successfully flipped an omelette without a spatula.
yes. i flipped the omelette like those professional chefs do, you know..

and the whole slap of egg turns a few times in the air, and lands back in the pan 180 degrees overturned.
well.. cept that in my case, it didn't quite fly.
it's no easy feat aight. it's not one of those teeny pans you use to fry ONE sunny side up. anyone can flip over eggs in that pan.
i used a 30cm pan..those long wide ones you use to fry chickens in.
muahahahahaaaa!!!
and it's not a lucky try. iv attempted flipping omelettes dozens of times, most of which don't flip over completely..
happy i am.
